Sorry for not being present on my blog for the last several months. My Freelance Fashion Design and Consulting work has been keeping me quite busy. My most recent work has been designing embroideries and embellishments for the last three seasons at J.Mendel.
I thought I'd share some of the Fall 2013 collection with you and Resort 2014 to follow.
Let me know what you think?

Just came across this amazing Korean fashion designer based in London. Hwan Heo graduated in Menswear from the Royal College of Arts in 2007 and began designing Womenswear in 2010.
Here are a few of my favorite looks from his SS 2012 label Heohwan Simulation.
Don't you love the laser cut leather and textures?
Gilles Mendel is known for his brilliant fabric manipulation and soft flowy evening gowns but this season he went with a more edgier architectural construction.
Here are a few of my favorite looks from the collection.
I'm especially happy to be apart of the J.Mendel design team this season. It is a great honor to work with such a creative group of people and I'm looking forward to working on the Fall collection as well, as their Embroidery Designer and Consultant.
I'm finally back home in New York after a long two months away
in Europe. I spent most of my time in London but also was in beautiful Paris
and Barcelona.
Sorry for the lack of posts lately. I've also been busy with a new embroidery consulting project I began last week and the stress from Hurricane Sandy that hit NYC & the East Coast hasn't been motivating. Thankfully our neighborhood was spared but my heart goes out to everyone else that were not so lucky.
Stay tuned as I will be posting images
from my trip soon, along with more embellishment inspiration!
